RAR!! seems to be that they are stiffing me out of $300 for a merchandising assignment... i have filed a complaint where they post... they are a merchandising company and have problems paying their IC's... i have seen several forums about this as early as last year... one had about 50 people responding that they havent been paid yet... wish i had looked that up before wasting 30 hours of my time and getting up in the morning... im going to see about filing a complaint with the california labor board too... i will looking into the bbb as well...

Its moving slowly... I just finished communicating with narms as they were tthe posting site... They suggestec pa ag office... I want to leave that as a lastresort I am communicating with walmart legal ( merchandising assignment.was in erie pa sams club) and should have some more info tues...

I doubt I will ever get paid...but im not a rich guy and $300 means a good deal to me... Im most certainly not giving up...

Send a letter demanding payment within 14 days else you will take legal action. Send it certified mail, return receipt requested. If you don't hear something from them, small claims court.

My son got ripped off from wonder during the same time period. Please post if you have gotten through. We went through Walmart road show manager since someone else suggested it. Still waiting.....

Sams club said they had nothing to do with it... talked woth two people in charge of the roadshows ...gonna try and find a buisness lawyer soon... But i got a hot date on wed... so i will suffer for a few more days...

talking with a lawyer thursday at 11:00am whos website says he specialises in small buisness law... $25 for the consultation and if he takes the case he will credit it to my account...

i was thinking about going through the ag... but the california state legal system is a wreck according to the news... and $25 seems fair for a consultation...

printed out all the emails, now i gotta copy all my paperwork... that will be another half an hour of work... but you gotta do what you gotta do...

I would save the $25. You have $300 in damages, no lawyer is going to take your case for any less (by a wide, wide margin) than what you might get from the company. It's a small claims case. If you're thinking class-action I'm sure the minute the suit is filed the company would file for bankruptcy, and even if they didn't and fought and lost the lawyer would get the lion's share and you and other "similarly situated" as the class would get coupons for a free donut at Krispy Kreme.

I am not a lawyer, but my opinion is for you to save your $25 and go the small claims route....or write it off as a business loss.

Small claims court costs $175 and the company isnt based in pa its in california...

As to what i get back im not giving him the case unless he does it for no fee unless there is a settlement on my behalf and then we will go from there... i will sue for the lost wages... court costs and attornies fees...

I have absolutly no problem driving them into bankruptcy and no settlement..

Yeah I over slept the meeting... I'm a bit to embarrassed to go back...I will try and find another lawyer...

Have you even sent them a certified letter demanding payment yet? Costs a couple of bucks...

Not that I am glad to see you got ripped by Wonder, but alas I too did not get my pay!! Fortunately, EVERY other company I have worked for has paid (not always timely...but checks in the mail are still checks in the mail)...It is sad that this company did not honor their end of the deal after we honored ours HUH?...I guess the only way I can accept this is that the odds are pretty good...only one bullshit company of the literally hundreds I have busted my butt for stiffed me. It is the principal though........I got screwed in Oakwood OH and didn't get dinner OR a drink!!!LOL............

lol... im not giving up... i will find another lawyer... just got some other things that were begging for my time these past weeks...

i have been focusing on getting my computer up and running... never buy anything from pacificgeek.com... first they say i bought it when it was out of stock... which i am sure i didnt ... so that was an an extra 10 buisness days... they bring it to the fedex store at 6pm on the day they were supposed to ship...what a rip off you get what you pay for $115 shipped tower keyboard and mouse... no power cord... xp was out of date by 2 service packs, no cords, and the battery is broke so everytime i log in i have to set the clock or my avg antivirus and internet wont work... dont know why... toke me most of the week monkeying around with it and to figure out why my android was not being noticed... had to update the software going back and forth from the library...

working 44 hr/wks and some other stuff... and week before last i was supposed to hang out with a lady ... spent all of the weekend and up to mon texting and we were supposed to hang out tues or wed but she stopped talking with me... then i had a couple of meetings for the mortgage down payment program i am in...

Understand that most of these companies are LLCs. They'll rape you and leave you. I got burned once before as well. Not as bad but only for under $100.

Move on. I would recommend Prism (aka Footprint Marketing) if you like merchandising. They hire you as employees and even have medical, dental, and vacation benefits.
