Market Force Didn't Answer Eligibility Questions Correctly

I tried to sign up for a MF shop and it said it was removed from my list since I didn't answer the questions correctly. I thought I did. It's a new shop and I wonder if it wasn't coded correctly. I tried to call but they can't find the shop and I don't have the ID since this has never happened to me before. Has anyone else had this happen? How did you get it fixed? Will I be able to assign myself for this location in the future?

It's been a long time but it used to be there was no way to go back. You would have to wait for the next round of shops to do it over. Maybe things have changed
Have you tried emailing the help desk?

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
Ask here if anyone had problems passing the "chicken" or "bank", etc. test on Markerforce without naming the actual client. People will respond with the trouble question and correct answer. If they have it.

Then email Marketforce asking for another try at passing the test.

If they need to get the shops done, they'll reset your attempts and you can try again.

It's worked for me in the past.
I think the OP is asking about what MF calls screening questions. For instance, "Have you or a close relative work for Chicken Pluckers in the last 6 months?" If you answer yes online, and the client is Chicken Pluckers, then you are excluded from all Chicken Pluckers shops until a new round of shops begins. Long ago, I read a Golden Arches screening question wrong and therefore failed the screening questions. There was no recourse until the next round of shops. This is different from failing a test question. They can reset the test if they are in a nice mood.

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008
