If this shop was done thru Sassie, there is a help/contact that you can click on for the job you did.

If you are saying you cannot even login, then use the "accepted" email confirmation and reply to that.

Not really sure what problem you are experiencing. Are you saying you are able to login and it shows deactivated or you cannot even login?
How did you try to apply? Did you click on a link in an email from IPSOS? If so, they haven't deactivated you if they are emailing you.

If you are able to login to IPSOS' Sassie site, up in the top left hand corner what does it say under "Account Status"? If it says Deactivated, you can email mysteryshopping@ipsos.com and ask them why. Sometimes they respond, some times they don't. If they don't, you could reach out to Diana Paone directly and she is likely to respond and tell you what happened. diana.paone@ipsos.com

You might also try logging in to the Shopmetrics site for IPSOS and see what your status shows there.

And, btw, Sassie wouldn't have Deactivated you - IPSOS would have. Sassie is a platform, not an MSC.

Hope this helps!

I got deactivated from ipsos because of presto shops and in turn they also deactivated my sassie site. It was strange email from presto, i did a shop and they paid me via presto shops. then a month later said i didnt due to survalliance. I did the shop fine. It took a awhile for me to figure out what happened.
Are you saying they received surveillance that shows you were not the one that performed the shop, so they are considering you as being fraudulent?
It seems as if we're not getting the whole story.. There has to be information that the OP is conveniently leaving out. I don't care to defend Ipsos, but doing one job, on any of their platforms, that is approved and paid would have almost no chance of getting someone deactivated. There would have to be real and patently obvious fraud by the OP involved.
Not trying to be rude to you, @dailydog, but we are having a very hard time understanding your posts. If that is how you normally write and explain yourself, that could be the issue with the content of your shops. You first spoke of one shop, then you mention shops in the plural. It does not matter which platform you did shops for IPSOS, that is not relevant. What did you find out exactly as to the reason for the deactivation? You came here asking for help, but your posts are very vague and this hole is getting deeper.
