Lately, RBG. Dabbled through various shops over the course of a year. In my area, RBG has picked up maybe around five clients from other MSCs, where the report has been condensed and simplified. Also, it's added a good number of clients in my area, as well.
I'm all about RQA, if you can get in with them.

They are very responsive and easy to work with.

Most jobs pay really well, including a mileage fee.

They do not do mystery shops, but are a product recall/quality control operation.

Have synthesizers, will travel...
I like Grace Hill and RQA. I do also a lot of work for Intouch Insight, Ipsos, and Intellishop.

Ipsos is my bread-and-butter, but that doesn't mean I have to like them ;-)

Sorry to hear that since I've been nikkied and can no longer shop for them..

Sorry to hear!

She currently schedules for one particular client. This is an unpopular take, but I do like that certain shops need to be applied for, with no self-assign option.

Funny I just got two e-mails from her asking me to do that client. Haven't heard from her in a couple years since she banned me.
Even stranger, I got an email from what I consider a new scheduler at RGB asking me to do convenience store shops for them at $7.50 + $1.50 reimbursement (not gas).

These are the same shops I actually completed on a 150 mile route a couple years back (hey who doesn't need a cold drink)!

All I did was ask the old scheduler to change the date by 1 day and I had already completed 5 BFE shops. No Internet, wifi or cell provider available. All I needed was a day's extention and I'd complete the reports. She deferred the decision to Nikki who said no way, no how!

No gas reimbursement was involved. I was passing these gas stations on my way to a $350 payday in a remote city. I figured I could pick up another $60. NOPE!

That's how I got banned from RGB two years ago!

I'm just sorry now that RGB is merging with other companies I might loose shop opportunities I'm doing now.

I felt i was reasonable trying to negotiate an extra day to write the reports! The scheduler was new and sought guidance and got Nikki! No reports because Nikki said to not extend the report date. No extension, I don't get paid. Now she's apparently gone. And now possibly more fish to the fodder!
I never submitted the RGG reports when I got home quite late and a $100 or $120 report rook precedence to me.

I'm just sorry Nikki's attitude caused RGD to not get their reports! I did them but her
I am curious to those that have issues with schdulers do you reach out to talk to them about it or do you just keep allowing them to upset you? I have yet to have an issue with anyone (I had one issue but it was my fault), I reached out to the scheduler and all was good but it was 100% my fault. I understand some people can be difficult but do you even try to resolve things or do you just want to talk about them all the time?
Yes. Whenever I contact her, if it is not regarding picking up a shop, she either ignores it or responds but largely ignores or fails to comprehend what I said.

Hi pretty sure you said somewhere you have been an editor right? I can't imagine how many emails you got right? I have to remember to check my spam and junk mail as well but if someone doesn't reply back to me I have to remember that stuff happens (both ways) and I don't hold a grudge I just carry on unless I need immed assistance (which has only happened once)
Like I've said before, most people aren't mentioning their full interactions with her detail for fear of retaliation. If you think I'm mistaken based on my experiences, that's fine. Defending her with the suggestion that it is a SPAM email issue is naive and silly in my opinion, especially since many have corroborated that she is unreasonable and rude. I think missing emails in SPAM was more of an issue 20 years ago. SPAM filters are pretty good these days, and rules/manual filters can be created if there is an issue. I never really see personally written emails going into SPAM. In my day job and my mystery shopping jobs, I don't miss any significant emails due to SPAM, and if I did, that would be my fault.

She has been unreasonable and rude many times to me, even though I have done quite a few shops for them without issue. It's obvious she is a problem. I have never posted anything about any other scheduler. I don't make posts about her either, but I will answer questions about her if people ask.

I 100% respect your reply I was simply stating that as an editor I would only assume you got 100s of emails but maybe not. I have only done 2 shops for her and have had no issues. Either way I respect your reply .

Could someone tell me what companies BVA, RQA and RGB are? Thank you!

I wondered the same but I think they mean RBG ?

Fair enough. 2 shops is not a lot. I have done quite a few more.

Sorry I meant 2 clients (not 2 shops)
