Lately, RBG. Dabbled through various shops over the course of a year. In my area, RBG has picked up maybe around five clients from other MSCs, where the report has been condensed and simplified. Also, it's added a good number of clients in my area, as well.

Sorry to hear that since I've been nikkied and can no longer shop for them..@Okie wrote:

She currently schedules for one particular client. This is an unpopular take, but I do like that certain shops need to be applied for, with no self-assign option.

I am curious to those that have issues with schdulers do you reach out to talk to them about it or do you just keep allowing them to upset you? I have yet to have an issue with anyone (I had one issue but it was my fault), I reached out to the scheduler and all was good but it was 100% my fault. I understand some people can be difficult but do you even try to resolve things or do you just want to talk about them all the time?

Yes. Whenever I contact her, if it is not regarding picking up a shop, she either ignores it or responds but largely ignores or fails to comprehend what I said.

Like I've said before, most people aren't mentioning their full interactions with her detail for fear of retaliation. If you think I'm mistaken based on my experiences, that's fine. Defending her with the suggestion that it is a SPAM email issue is naive and silly in my opinion, especially since many have corroborated that she is unreasonable and rude. I think missing emails in SPAM was more of an issue 20 years ago. SPAM filters are pretty good these days, and rules/manual filters can be created if there is an issue. I never really see personally written emails going into SPAM. In my day job and my mystery shopping jobs, I don't miss any significant emails due to SPAM, and if I did, that would be my fault.
She has been unreasonable and rude many times to me, even though I have done quite a few shops for them without issue. It's obvious she is a problem. I have never posted anything about any other scheduler. I don't make posts about her either, but I will answer questions about her if people ask.

Fair enough. 2 shops is not a lot. I have done quite a few more.
