Müther@#$%^&* Presto!!!

Snooping around the map while enjoying my morning coffee and came across 4 remote Mollusk gas station shops, 2 @ $75 and 2 @ $100.

Started booking other jobs on the potential route with longer completion windows, including a $40 lighting audit, and I reserved my hotel rooms for the 2 nights I'll be out.

Patiently waited for the 48-hour completion window as indicated on the claim page to open, including an extra hour of buffer just in case.

When I claimed the first of the 4 on the route, my completion time showed as only 1 day and 20 hours, expiring one minute before the shop can commence at 6AM. Guessing it's the official end of Q1 as all the others commence on April 1.

Shouldn't companies administering MS programs provide accurate information so contractors can make valid decisions when accepting or passing on jobs?

I'll still turn a slight profit on the route I put together if I can't get Ipsos to extend the pins, but I never would've booked anything to begin with had the actual completion windows been presented for the Mollusks.

I've reached out to Karen Holland at Ipsos as she graciously replied to my previous post about the manager for this project.

I know from previous interactions with Presto support that MSCs can extend pins, so we'll see. I've got until 4PM today to cancel tomorrow's hotel.

I hate when that happens! The same thing has happened to me. I hope it all works out for you.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
Looking like it will, thankfully.

Karen referred me to Diana Paone, and she is working to extend the pins so I can complete the shops.

WTG, Ipsos!

Wouldn't it be nice if the posting had been done right in the first place, rather than shoppers having to track down elusive management who probably have much more important stuff to do? Nah, guess not.
I'll be sending a support ticket to Presto. This represents a huge flaw in their software implementation.

Well, if Diana Paone is on it, you will be good. She is golden.

Agreed! I had many interactions with her when she was running the Famous Hwy program, and she was always quick and effective in addressing issues.

I didn't think this deserved a new Presto thread so I'll drop it here:

If I filter out the roadside assistance, there are only 5 shops in a 100 mile radius of me. It kinda looks like a desert. And it's only partially my fault! We are a hungry bunch of shoppers over here.
