Can't help ya, Karen used to be the scheduler way back when, but then it went to ishopfirst. But I have no idea who the project manager is or was for that matter.

Has anyone noticed that the "Meet our team" page on Shopmetrics is gone? Or have I missed it? I could have sworn it was somewhere a year or two ago. You could try watching the overly simplified how-to video for that brand, if there is one, maybe it has a hint.

It would be really kinda awesome it they would put some effort into getting the ones we've finished edited and accepted. I still have several waiting for review, but two did finally get accepted. I haven't looked to see how many of my son's have been accepted. Last week was kinda disappointing, I think he only had 2 accepted all week.
