Poor design, redundancy, iSecretShop crappiness, the main client's website logs you off while you're trying to follow the flawed report flow. Ended up having to grab 15 screenshots for a coupla questions to grab all the required info. The 3 hours quoted by the scheduler was more like 5 by the time I got everything done and submitted.

I was home sick from school and had nothing to do yesterday, so this wasn't the disaster it could have been had I attempted this on a more heavily scheduled day.

I just sent a note to ISS regarding the glitches in their website report I was using yesterday (not for in touch but for another company). It consistently told me I was missing answers I had in put over and over and kept rejecting my answer from a drop down list that differed from the one in the app. I could not file the shop until I gave up and did it in the app. The response I got was to restart my computer and clear the cache. Well i have had these same glitches every time I enter a job even if I have just turned my computer on and had once again cleared my cache grudgingly.
One word about online loan/financial shops: Curinos.

I did one of these yesterday and it was not fun…I’m praying that none of mine get kicked back.

I've given them 3 chances and won't give them another.

One was the online banking mess mentioned above- same issues. Never got paid.
Tried again with 2 fast food shops with "bonuses." All a mess, and not worth the hassle.
Same scheduler (AF). Same gaslighting BS telling me I misinterpreted what was put in print by them, despite screen shots proving my concerns.

Huge "red flags."

Just don't. It's not worth the stress, time, gas, complicated details, and required expenses. They just want you to give them the info and you won't get paid or reimbursed for anything.

I decided to semi-veer from the subject of this thread.

I have been contracted with Intouch and their prior names for 18+ yrs. In that time, I have completed approx. 14 jobs, with 2 within the past two yrs. The only reason there has not been a greater number is that this MSC is a bottom payer and rarely sufficiently desperate to meet my fee requirements. I have never experienced the slightest problem with Intouch* and would not hesitate to accept additional work that met my the ante.

*Nor any other Canadian MSC.
