Who is the worst scheduler or employee at Ipsos?

Sorry! At the time, it seemed like there were some threads started about issues with a MSC, but the OP never follows up. Or when a new member makes his/her first post a long one shortly after signing up. Or a long-term member's ninth post may have been asking which MSC shops a client after nine years. It was all getting too weird!

It still doesn't take away from the fact that you as well as others act like you own the board plain and simple. Who cares how long someone has or hasnt' been here. Who cares if a new member makes a post and doesn't follow up. Life happens but check yourself and maybe stop being a bully and show kindness and empathy that maybe that new person had something else going on or maybe a shopper for 10 years took some time off and is now back posting.

Diane paone is horrible

I've had nothing but positive experiences with her. She's always been helpful and reaches out with opportunities she needs to get filled.

The brand she handles is my #1 choice in that arena and I specialize in remote locations for big bonuses. Have had issues pop up with lots of $$$ on the line and everything has always been addressed promptly and professionally.

As a fairly new shopper (a year) I have had no issues with Diane or any other schedulers. I had one editing issue and it was on me not the editor. This thread is flat out ridiculous.

You're right. My original comment was mean. I'll try to be more kind!
Okie responds to Iluv2shopUSA-- My original comment was mean.

Bob disagrees--Okie, you were merely expressing your opinion. I have been completely unable to read the slightest indication of negativity into your post. That is my opinion, but I also respect that luv read the comment in an entirely opposite manner.

I seriously could be one of the people you are referring to.

I started mystery shopping back in like 2013 and really enjoyed it, but then tragedy struck and I had to quit my fulltime job working in a meat packing plant, as well as mystery shopping due to major migraines that left me debilitated for nearly 7 years. After my doctors finally figured out how to manage them, Covid happened. It took me a year to strengthen my muscles just enough so I could squat down and stand back up without having to use the counter top.

Then I was introduced to the app Survey Merchandiser by my very good friend Ceasesmith. She helped me slowly get back out of the the house and doing a small route. Over a 3 yr timeframe, I was able to develop a route of 252 locations across 4,200 miles across 3 states. It was the same thing over and over and I really enjoyed it (except for the horrid scheduling and last minute phone calls.) When SM lost the client, I decided that maybe it was time to slowly try mystery shopping again. At the same time, and because I have a Prius Hybrid, I also found that offering rideshare services, might also be a good fit for me too since I really enjoyed long days behind the wheel. Now I offer 36 hrs of rideshare services, over a 2.5 day timeframe in a city 186 miles from home. I’ve learned the best places to park my car so I can sleep in it during the day and work 12 hours each night. On the side, I’ve completed some shops and some gigs with CI but most are few and far between.

Most of the time I don’t post or comment on this forum and largely it has to do with my English ability or lack there of, compared to the majority of y’all who are frankly, just better at it. Putting myself out there for others to read how bad I am at writing, is one of my biggest insecurities.

But I do enjoy reading and I have learned a lot from this forum. I hope that someday I can pay it forward to help someone else in the future.
misspocos75, I enjoyed reading your posts recently. You are not who I'm referring to.

To clarify, for example, my issue was more towards a hypothetical new member whose first post is venting about a ban or rejected shop or even low fees. Members try to help and get more information, but the OP doesn't always take the advice or post again. It's more of a vent, and I should understand that better. Or a new member who has posted 10 times, where eight posts are asking for a hint, where the MSC could easily be found with a little reading and self-research. It was constantly seeing the same threads and questions about 1099s, Five Guys, and Jersey Mike's. But that's my own issue, and members are free to post about what they want.

I found your posts refreshing and interesting. To me, you communicate yourself well. I work in software development, and some of the most helpful and inspiring mentors to me have been those where English is not their first language. Yet, they communicate, explain, teach, and problem solve extremely well.

I'll admit, to me, most of what I read now is more along the lines of mystery shopping news. But every once in a while, I'll read something insightful, interesting, and useful.

I hope I didn't bully or offend anyone. If so, I'm really sorry! Feel free to even toggle me!
@Bowesman since your name isn't listed, I can't begin to guess what happened between us, but if you'd like to discuss it professionally, please email me, if I have done something that shouldn't have been done, and it can be corrected, I would love the opportunity.

Karen I am not sure we have ever worked together but this right here is how it should be handled! Too many keyboard warriors hiding behind alias names. Kudos Karen
I've had the pleasure of working with Karen MANY times over the years and I think she is one of the best of the best out there. Thank you Karen for all you do - you set the bar high.
I have always had a positive and professional experience with @KarenSchedulesForIpsos.
Karen is a good scheduler. Plain and simple. I ALWAYS get a response, not always the response I'd like, but she NEVER ignores me and she NEVER insults me. That makes her better than most other schedulers in my book.

Or perhaps we should turn this around and ask the schedulers who read and sometimes comment with helping words here to name who the worst shoppers are. Personally I dont want to "cancel" anyone in a public forum. If there is a specific thing to say about something that happened to you using a specific scheduler that is different but to condemn the entire person?

There’s no such thing as the worst shopper. If they are that bad, they would be deactivated immediately.
