New shopping platform?

Got this email from BARE

We’re thrilled to announce that we’re transitioning to a new platform: Research Metrics! This update will enhance your experience as a valued Independent Contractor (IC) and make your assignments even easier to manage.

I was happy with Sassie.

I was happy with Sassie.

We need to cut costs because we're paying too many bonuses trying to fill slots on poorly considered contracts.

Entirely speculative, of course.
I see "apollo" in the URL, but it looks exactly the same as Sassie and functions basically the same way.

I prefer standard software that is easy to use. Only a few companies have done a good job creating their own versions of software, but most have failed miserably. Prophet (once widely used) sucked like no other.

It's so much easier on the shopper (workforce) when there is a consistency of searching and reporting because the software is basically the same regardless of MSC.

The Big Blue Bear... the company with unlimited pricing opportunities for less than minimum wage.
If they would have called it "shop metrics" i would have been familiar with it.

just hoping it's better than the Coyle version of shopmetrics. Their search feature was terrible until recently.

This is ShopMetrics that a handful of MSC's already use.

Yeah, I agree, they could have used the product name. They must have been shopping around a different software from Sassie since they were also posting jobs on ISS.
So i got email today about the shopmetrics site. I saw it has my info. But Apollo (Sassie jr) site is still active with all the job postings. Maybe they load the March shops into shopmetrics and leave the Apollo shops where they are until filled.

Anyone else seeing shops for BARE in the new shopmetrics platform? I am going to miss Apollo/Sassie as I really rely on the "oops" and don't feel Shopmetrics is as user-friendly with that feature. I don't like having to hunt for what is missing.
I wish I could see the new site, just for kicks, but to get in you have to use the reset password link to establish one and I'm not receiving the email link. I tried 4 times earlier and finally received one about two hours later when it had already expired. No, they're not in the spam folder. Anybody else?
OOOH, if I use paypal for pay now I have to pay 10c out of my already low fee of $5. I actually like paypal as so many companies use it for free and as I do not use it often for non shopping I can just go there to see who has paid me already. Into my bank acct I have to scan thru many other transactions to find my payments
I was able to update my password and geolocate my Home address, but now I can't update my profile, it's stuck at 90%. Hopefully that will be corrected before shops go live.

Until they increase the fee for their postal shops, I see no reason to attempt to log into a new site. I will get my info from you all here.
I had this same issue. I logged out and came back in. I might have done other things, but eventually i got around it. I want SASSIE back!!! I use shopmetrics for my bank complaint calls for "the big I." I am familiar with how to use it, but i guess i do more sassie shops than shopmetrics shops and prefer the sassie layout better.

Same here
There are apparently required questions that aren't marked with an asterisk. I filled in some fields and it switched to 100%. But there are no shops even though there are shops listed elsewhere. Strange.
Why don't you just search "payments" instead of all transactions?

It was Sassie that they paid to customize so it looked different. But it was still Sassie. Personally, I prefer Research Metrics - at least the software developers keep innovating on it. I don't think Sassie is really innovating anymore.
