I recently requested a shop thru Gigspot for Blink research. Heard nothing until the scheduler called me and said it was overdue! But I got NO email, and was not even signed up thru Blink research.
I told him that, and he sent me a test email, which I did get. But when I try to login at Blink, I don't even receive an email so I can change the password! The scheduler of course can't help me and tells me to contact Shopmetrics.
But I cannot get thru to anyone over the phone, and all the contact info for them I can find is for their clients, not shoppers. Does anyone know how I can get this straightened out? I'm so frustrated.
