Can't login to Shopmetrics

I recently requested a shop thru Gigspot for Blink research. Heard nothing until the scheduler called me and said it was overdue! But I got NO email, and was not even signed up thru Blink research.

I told him that, and he sent me a test email, which I did get. But when I try to login at Blink, I don't even receive an email so I can change the password! The scheduler of course can't help me and tells me to contact Shopmetrics.

But I cannot get thru to anyone over the phone, and all the contact info for them I can find is for their clients, not shoppers. Does anyone know how I can get this straightened out? I'm so frustrated.

I've read other posters that said if you use Gigspot, you are automatically barred from using the individual companies' websites. You have to do the report on Gigspot. They say the only solution is to quit Gigspot.
This post caused me to look for Blink, who I had lost when Prophet shut down. I could not find them after that. The link on the MSC spreadsheet here did not work but I found their Shopmetrics site through Google. I was still registered, just had to reset the password and add all my demographics. Thank you, Kona, for inspiring me to resume my search! Nothing in my area, though.

Glad you were able to see those shops.

I should have gotten an email from Gigspot then, when the scheduler assigned it. But I didn't.

I can't get in, either. I tried to make a new password and then Gigspot said I opted out (years ago). So, if I opted out, why can't I make a new account?
