Confero Due Date

Does anyone have any experience completing a Confero shop before the due date? I know IPSOS is fine with doing a shop any time before it's due, but I've never done one for Confero except on the due date. I had to change a due date from today to next Monday because they still haven't paid me for a shop that the log says was paid on Jan. 8. I'm not doing anymore for them until they pay, but I wanted to allow the max time frame for the shop. If they do pay this week, I'd like to do the shop early. I just don't know if I need to wait until next Monday. So has anyone done one before the due date?

It's been a while since I've done a shop for Confero and most likely a different client. I only had to reschedule on one occasion, but the scheduler let me know the client has visibility on when the shop is being done. The scheduler let me know that it looks bad to the client if the shop is rescheduled, but rescheduled the shop for me.

No, they want you to do it on the due date. You can change some projects but otherwise it's not an open-ended situation.

Thanks. I cancelled the shop today since I still haven't paid, the shop log says they've paid me, and no one from "support" has responded to any of my, or my scheduler's emails.
