I have done several shops with them and have always been paid by the end of the following month at the latest.
I shopped them when they were on Prophet. Never had any issues with them. Really nice folks. They seemed to slow down after Covid, but I am delighted things are picking back up for them.
I've only done a very occasional hotel shop with them, and not for a few years, but I never had a problem.
Recently I've only done dry cleaning shops with them. I think I did a local restaurant with them back in the Prophet days. Easy to work with. Clear instructions for the shops I've done. Paid as agreed.
Never had an issue with them, except that the fees were quite low. From a responsiveness viewpoint they were great, and payment was always on time.
Since I moved 19 months ago, they haven't had anything in my area, though.

I haven't done a ton of work for them, but I think they are good.
I have done a few hotel shops with them, and they have some co-op shops in western Canada. I was going to go on a trip out that way, and they were working with me to set up a route. They actually are a good company to work with, and I have never had a problem with them regarding scheduling or payment.

Their dining shops do not cover your costs. With the fee, you will only be out of pocket for $10+ bucks. The report is similar to ACL's.
In 2022, I did 21 shops for this MSC and prior to that, had never worked for them before.
I never received one question about my reports and as I recall, they were lengthy with quite a bit of narrative. My reports were quickly approved and I was always paid on time.
Their higher end restaurants were all within a couple miles of my home at the time...so I considered it a great gig...as I recall, we had lots of shrimp cocktails. lol.

I was surprised by how quickly they paid my last shop.
I have shopped for them for over 15 years. No payment issues ever! The reimbursement covers the cost, and there is a small fee (unlike A Closer Look).
