HS Brands Owes Me $15. for three months. HUH???

Still haven't been paid for an October shop. What's with them?

Maryanne, the following MIGHT be the problem.

HSB uses the Sassie platform for report submission. They pay approx. 60 days after your report is RECEIVED, BUT, there is a level between submitted and received: COMPLETED. If, as an example, the shop, submission and completion were on 10/25, BUT, it was not received until 11/03, this usually due to editing concerns, the pay would be due 01/03/25.

I have never read or experienced this MSC stiffing anyone in the 19 years of our association. Payment wise, all I ask of any company with whom I am contracted, is that I am informed of the amount, the method and when. HSB AKA Service Sleuth, has never disappointed.

that is a long time....It seems prudent to avoid MSCs that pay so late....!

90 days is not unusual in the industry. Floating the cash flow of under capitlized MSCs is typical for us micro-contractors. I don't get concerned until an MSC goes 60 days beyond their standard terms. Not much sense to worry about $15 from HS which is only three months old. Save your worry for those MSCs which go 120 days+ and especially for those MSCs which never end up paying.

This company typically pays 90 days out.

My cutoff is 120 days. Thank god Grace HIll and HS Brands paid 90+ days out. In 2020 those delays in payment paid my bills while the world was shut down.

They are very slow but I would give the slowest award to Sentry.

Contact them. They are easy to work with. You paid from the date the shop was edited and accepted, not from the date of the shop.
