Confero December 30th payment not received

This is the latest that I have had to wait for my payment. I have emailed Elaine and emailed both the shopper support and payments 4 times over the last week. I haven't received a response from anyone. I emailed one of the schedulers who told me not to worry, that I will eventually get paid. On my job log the shops show payment pending.
We are supposed to get paid again between the 10th and the 15th for the next 2 weeks of shops that I performed. Since most of these are grocery shops, I am out of pocket for a lot of money.
