I came close to working with him but after researching his company on here, I ran as fast as I could. I’ve done some very extensive restaurant shops over the last 4 years, and his requirements/guidelines/questionnaires are just too much.
Just talking to him he comes off as difficult, and the things I read about him on this forum made my jaw drop. Red flags all the way!
