I had a couple shops with Marc. He is very upfront about being very picky with his expectations. That said, as someone who routinely gets 90-100 on Coyle level reports I found that even that was insufficient for his needs. He was patient trying to guide me to what he expects and he was cordial when we parted ways but do not expect it to be a walk in the park.
He pays quickly, is responsive to questions and the entire process is easier since he switched over to shop-metrics.
I came close to working with him but after researching his company on here, I ran as fast as I could. I’ve done some very extensive restaurant shops over the last 4 years, and his requirements/guidelines/questionnaires are just too much.

Just talking to him he comes off as difficult, and the things I read about him on this forum made my jaw drop. Red flags all the way!
