I wouldn't waste time with the scheduler, as they don't control pay. Email Katie Dixon (AP Specialist) and copy Jeff Koppes (COO) . All of their email addresses follow the same format firstname.lastname@intelli-shop.com. So Katie is katie.dixon@intelli-shop.com, etc etc.

This is mostly disappointing because I missed doing those shops for the previous MSC and was thinking I could get back in with this MSC to get access to them again. Oh well....
