Market force asking for copies of ID, is this a requirement for everyone or only if doing the id veritication tasks? cant work out if its mandatory for everyone and they just copied and pasted some id verification stuff, or if it just applies to the verification jobs?
This is on the home page when you log in, and it says Continue Registration on the left hand side.
NEW : ID Verification requirement
You will see on your homepage that there is a new requirement, which requires you to upload photo ID which will be checked/verified at your earliest convenience. The below information is all detailed in the section :
To be eligible for these visits, we need you to upload a recent photo (taken within the last month) of yourself. We also need to ensure you have a valid form of ID.
Image Guidelines
A recent Photo of you should be taken:
- within the last month and in colour (not black and white, sepia or any other photographic application)
- against a plain, light background and in sharp focus and clear
- facing forward, looking straight at the camera with a neutral expression with mouth closed (no grinning, frowning or raised eyebrows)
- with nothing covering your face
- with the eyes open and clearly visible (with no sunglasses or tinted spectacles, and no hair across the eyes)
- free from 'red-eye'
- free from airbrushing or similar enhancements
In addition, when uploading the image of your ID:
- it must be a valid photo ID (eg. UK driving license/ Passport)
- undamaged (ie folds, tears, creases or marks)
- free from reflection from flash
- neatly cropped so the data can be clearly read
On occasions our clients involved in ID Verification visits will request to view a selection of shoppers images, this is to conform to a legal requirement, by uploading your images it will be deemed you agree to this. The image used will be the headshot image only and we will not provide any other personal details. All other details remain secure.
PAYMENT DELAY UPDATE
We have been made aware that there will be a slight delay in payment due to hit your bank account tomorrow -13th December. We anticipate that this is now due to clear into your bank account on Monday 16th December .
