Elite

I have done 4 shops for Elite over the last 2 months. Now I’m seeing people don’t get paid. I have not received any payment. I then looked back at a shop I did for them over a year ago and never got paid for it either. Does anyone have any advice??

One shop I was paid shortly after reaching out. The other shop I was paid back in September. Marguerite Turner was the one who facilitated me to accounting@elitecxs.com. I never had the privilege of corresponding with David Hartley. You may need to email dhartley@elitecxs.com and/or accounting@elitecxs.com if you're not already set up through their payment service, Tipalti.
My advice is never shop for them. I had trouble getting paid for every shop I;ve done for them, even talking to Marquette.. Great shops, but not worth the hassle
I never will again, but right now I just want get my money from these shops. They owe me over $500.
What I don't get is that Elite has a slew of various projects. How do they get so many clients while having such a bad reputation? They don't even have global shopper recruiting program like the blob, nor are they a large company, employee-wise. And what do the clients do when shops go unfilled? So many shoppers have put Elite on the ten foot pole list because of non-payment, there can't be that many left who are willing to take the chance. Does the company owner just phone in shops that don't get picked up? Have AI write some reports to submit? Use business cards submitted previously on other shops? I just don't get how they retain (and obtain) so many clients, have so many unfilled shops and seemingly get no pushback from clients.

This is truly a mystery to me.
For a lack of a better analogy, this can be like a certain type of ex-girlfriend situation. In some cases, it's just best not to look and potentially get teased like that. It's a recipe for disaster! Keep your eyes closed! <emoji of see no evil monkey>

Also, to make you feel better (I'm not sure about the banks shops), the reports for this MSC can feel like a Coyle report to some!
Is this a company named "Elite" or "Elite CXS Group"? The second one has been a delight to work for.

Also--does anyone here have a clue why my posting for the past month have been hidden unless clicked?

Elite CXS Group. Rho ... What??? Are you joking?! Ok, maybe there could be some exceptions.

Hm, click on your username, then click on "Toggle User Visibility." You may have accidentally clicked on it.
I've waiting for payment for about six months and been contacting them all for over a month. I've been told a couple of times that they payment is coming, but it doesn't.
I don't understand how they are getting people to work for them either!!
David Hartley is a scammer and a dangerous one. Elite owes me over $400 and he keeps bullshitting me every few days. He collects shopper's bank information for supposed payment (even if he is way over the pay policy he sets forth) and then does nothing. He did not protect the shoppers' personal information, since I received, like many shoppers, emails attempting to send me checks. All the shoppers know what this scam is. And he refuses to answer when you ask him about it.

I filed a complaint with the FTC and the BBB, and have reached out to the client and put them in copy of everything that is going on. If they are paying Elite, they ought to know that their money is not going to the shoppers. Mr Hartley whined about the ICA, which he conveniently trampled by not paying us. He seems to be living in a fantasy world where he doesn't even know how to count (he keeps telling me he's within the 60 days for paying, my first shop with him was over 3 months ago!). And his ICA contradicts the Pay Policy set forth on his website - WTF?

Edited: Marguerite is not at Elite CXS anymore

Where did Marguerite go? Is she with another company? She was a doll and so nice.

@charlhenri Yikes, sorry to hear that you caught up in this mess too. Hope you're able to get this resolved.
I am owed almost $2k from Elite for a cruise I did for them. As far as I am concerned I am going to contact ALL of the clients who have given them work, and inform them of what Elite CXS Practice is. I am still in touch with Marguerite even though she no longer works for them.
I was told that to contact the clients breaks the contract. Well, the contract also covers paying me for the work I have carried out so they have broken that. I know the promises of paying are empty, since they do not even have my bank details due to this elusive 'link' never being sent.
MSPA say they have been repeatedly told to remove from their site any mention of them. But it's all still there.
I don't care if they pay shoppers by credit card. I will take the payment any way they want to pay it.
It's difficult to know what to do. It's harder for me to take action since I am in the UK.
Well, I received my first two payments from them today! Supposedly my next two are coming next week.
I've found a complaint filed with the State Attorney General where they are headquartered brings results from most businesses. They can loose their license to operate and much more.
Sorry in advance for the bad joke, but it looks like Elite CXS is going to steal the show for an early Festivus.

(I never could get into Seinfeld, but I've been meaning to watch that one episode to see what the fuss is all about.)
