They’re always out for one reason or another. Communication with them only happens when they want something. Albeit I emailed the scheduler on a Sunday (yesterday) with a Q about a grocery shop that was posted (several in fact) she didn’t respond at all. I called their shopper line mid day today and she answered. She admitted she got my email, but said the shops timed out today. No explanation or apology for ignoring my email. She claimed they were available yesterday - BUT THEY WERE NOT. No dates were open yesterday. Today there was though, so I selected and submitted 2 shops that were open for today only. Unfortunately no email confirmations were sent. She was totally unapologetic and INSISTED that they were open yesterday, even though she was off and had no idea. She also claimed they couldn’t have been selected and submitted today - BUT THEY WERE. They were increased to max amount on Sunday, so go figure.
I sense that if you don’t respond to the low paying texts you can be treated very poorly or your shops can go poof. I hope the new owners know what they’re getting into.
