Is Alta 360 Research still open. Been trying t contact someone, operator, scheduler, sales. Zero response, phone, voicemail, text, Any updates would be appreciated.
They're open Monday- Friday only. They might have a backlog. I emailed a scheduler Friday and got a quick respose.
Tried all day Monday and all day today. Zero response from schedulers, operator, even Sales didn't answer. Left multiple messages. Not a peep.

I did a shop for them on the 30th and it was reviewed and accepted for pay, so no issues that I know of.
I did a shop on Saturday and it has been reviewed and approved for pay, so at least someone is working.
That was Saturday. No one is answering anything so far this week. Highly unusual. I talk with them frequently, never had any issues before. 2 days with no responses this week is very strange and doesn't bode well. I know they were absorbed into Intouch Insight earlier this year. They may have purged the takeover. Hope not but something is awry.
I received an email from my scheduler, Nicole, today. She says she's traveling for work. Maybe they are all out of the office for a couple/few days?
Also did a shop for them on Saturday, which has been approved.
Glad it was approved, the place I shopped was in post-Thanksgiving shambles, managed by a skeleton crew.
I also emailed with Nicole the week of 11/22. They are still around, they were bought out by intouch insight so some of their emails have changed to that domain. xyz@intouchinsight.com

Edit - I skimmed too fast and see you already knew they were bought out, I think there's just a lot of people taking time off with the holidays, or they may have been in the section of the country that got nailed with snow, sick kids, etc. Hope you get in touch (ha!) with whoever you need to.

Intouch Insight bought them. They are part of them now.

You folks are slow on the uptake. I have been working for both for years. Yes, Intouch Insight acquired Alta360Research in August I believe. That's yesterdays news.
Earlier this week. There was no answer at any phone, voicemail, or text from there Ohio headquarters Monday or Tuesday. Highly unusual!
I did receive a email from a scheduler stating they had a field trip and would be back in office on Thursday.
Well the forum didn't have a clue. Gave me antiquated responses. I just kept digging till I got a proper answer.
I'm pretty sure they just took time for the holidays. I believe their schedulers are actual employees and not just contractors.
Some are Independent and work for a variety of MSCs. I was told their on a field trip which I'm guessing is to get them familiar with new client protocols. Meaning additional shopping opportunities.
@David Hoppe Your gratitude knows no bounds. It is always a great policy to criticize those trying to help you. You would think with all those years of service to Alta they would've texted you a note before the retreat saying DH we will be out for a few days.
It's a poor business model. They appreciate constructive criticism. Stay in Your Lane. Already scheduled 3 Shops for today with Intouch Insight and more next week with Alta360Research. A little knowledge is a dangerous thing. But Alta360Research is back in office. Happy Shopping
David Hoppe states--Well the forum didn't have a clue. Gave me antiquated responses. I just kept digging till I got a proper answer.

Bob disagrees--This coming May, I begin my 16th yr. as a member of this forum. During that period, I have been the recipient of a voluminous amount of profitable and accurate information.

David continues--A little knowledge is a dangerous thing.

Bob definitely agrees--Then increase that little by learning the difference between there, their and they're.
Forum says 9 years. Thank you grammar Bob. We all can sleep better tonight knowing Lt. Bob with the grammar police is on dooty! Back to work. Shops falling out of my pockets. More than I can get to.
David, if you will notice, none of the forum numbers are higher than 9M. That might be for the same reason there was a Y2K scare almost 1/4 century ago. No one thought, at the time, it was necessary.

As to grammar, it is important to exercise proper composition when it is not necessary. Then, when work requires correct usage, it naturally flows.

Maybe just "hop" back into your hole.

Perhaps you should keep digging till you get a proper answer.
Already have, with zero assistance from a antiquated forum. You folks are slow on the down low. Information that's 4 months old is of little use. Keep hacking Boys and Girls
Maybe since @David Hoppe doesn't feel there is useful information here, he will go away on his own? Funny how he wants to terminate the Terminator.

Better question would be, what useful information has @David Hoppe provided to the rest of the forum community? Or is he just here for free information and not providing anything useful for the rest of the forum?
