Intouch Insight Customer Service Phone Number

I've been trying for three weeks to get a shop originally scheduled for 11/3. I kept e-mailing "rosanna.trimarchi@intouchinsight.com" and calling the phone number I have for her. The phone number goes to voicemail identifying her and saying to leave a message.

I found this phone number 800-263-2980 for customer service. I believe US support is number 5 or 6. 1-4/5 identifies the different Canadian territories.

I was told by the rep that answered that Rosanna is no longer with Intouch Insight but her e-mails and phone should be forwarded to the new scheduler for the client. The rescheduled shops still lists her as the scheduler.

Customer service rescheduled the shop for 11/24 as I have been requesting. There was just no way I was going to do a fine dining shop with a $175 reimbursement and submitting the report past due. I figured it had a high possibility of being rejected.

So I'll be happily doing my shop on Sunday since they rescheduled it for me.

I would highly recommend their customer service at 800-263-2980. Very understanding and helpful representative.

Rosie states, concerning the Intouch phone rep--Very understanding and helpful representative.

Bob comments--While I have never contacted that person, my personal experience with Canadians extends back almost 2/3rds of a century and my business association 17 yrs. ALL such contacts have been positive. I am especially partial to Newfies and Scotians.
I do have a person in contacts with InTouch. I can email her any questions I have and she reply back within day.

That's been my experience in the past with all their schedlers. Unfortunately yhis scheduler left and nobody was getting my emails or phone calls.
The phone number I started this thread seems easier as I got to talk to a live person in the US instead of swapping messages back and forth. That's why I posted this when I finally got the phone number. I thought it might help someone else.

I've got about 5 schedulers telephone numbers in my phone, but the number in my original post seems to be a "company" number.

The number I had for Rosanna went straight to voicemail saying she worked for Intouch and would call me back within a day. Sadly not.
