Ipsos account deactivation????

I tried to assign myself to a job this morning and it said i couldn't because my account was deactivated. I dont know why.

I have worked for them for YEARS and am one of the very few in my area.

Anyone else ever experienced this?

Are they following the MarketForce path where they remove shoppers at some point?

How many shops have you skipped after grabbing them as part of the I Shop First program? Could that have triggered a deactivation? I'm not saying you did this, but I know some shoppers do, so maybe that could be a resaon.

I would think if you emailed one of the project schedulers directly, you would get an answer. Please keep us updated here on the results.
I have emailed them and am awaiting an answer now.

I don't think I have ever had to flake on a job woth them. Very rarely have I with any company, but I don't think I have with them ever. I have a 9 out of 10 rating.

My husband was wanting to help with some shops that I can't do. I'm wondering if because we have the same address if that did it. That's the only thing i can think of.
I was deactivated when I reported a BE did not have BE merchandise for sale. I submitted a picture of the empty space.

I have mystery shopped for 30 years and have always gotten 9 or 10’s.

Never has this happened to me until this company did this. I was upset but figured it is their loss.
I have no idea what this shop is. I know you cannot name the client. But "BE" means nothing to me. Is this a bank shop? A gas station shop?

So basically they are saying you lied and they are deactivating you for that? That seems odd if you have proof that they did not have the product. Are they saying it was somewhere else in the store and you just did not notice it?
BE is a chain of “farm” restaurants.

I DID not lie. The restaurant did not have any of the BE items for sale. I took pictures of the area where these items were to be displayed but were not. The restaurant is in an area where crime is prevalent. I was told this when I asked if they carried the merchandise in question. All of this was noted in the report.

You assume quite a bit. In prior threads the initials BE were used.
@Karenhal - I am certain HB was trying to understand the whole story, since it was not too clear. And sometimes you have decided to put a word or letter in quotations or capitalize, etc., and it does not make sense. For example, you wrote above: “I DID not lie.” Emphasizing “DID” was odd and “NOT,” would have been the proper choice. So, we are just trying to understand and figure out what you were saying.
