A couple of things . . . I always submitted reports using Firefox. It has been several years since I worked for/with them. Have you done other reports recently for them using the browser you are using right now? I see no statement on the websiteabout what browser needs to be used.
Can you play with variations on the drop downs for some combination that is accepted and put a note in some comment space about what you needed to do to have the report accepted by the system?
Beyond that, having sent them an 'Enquiry' is about all you can do. You may want to make a pdf of your report in case you time out before they get back to you.
