My relationship with Confero extends back to Dec. of 2005. During that period, I have always been paid as agreed for 48 completed shops, with 6 this yr. and a seventh for this week.
The only issue I have with them is two of their schedulers never reply to their emails. Other than that, they are great.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
I've done over 200 shops for them since 2005. Over the past 4 years or so, there have been times when they have been LATE with their Paypal payments to me.....several times I have had to email both their Shopper Payments & Shopper Support emails asking for my late payment....they always end up paying, but I don't like having to ask them for my late payment!

Disgusting behavior by Confero!!
They owe me a lot of money for grocery shops I worked. We mystery shoppers have to use our own money and expect to be reimbursed. I contacted Confero twice last week when I didn’t receive payment by the 15th. I contacted them twice today still with no response. The job log showed payment pending over the weekend. Now, it is showing paid on the 15th. Nothing in my PayPal account.

I contacted my scheduler about shops that I am supposed to work tomorrow. I told her that I cannot work them unless I get paid. She emailed me this morning and said she would contact payment and find out what is going on. This is not her responsibility, but I haven't heard anything from her either. It is my belief that Confero is in serious financial trouble.
The email is shopperpayments@conferoinc. I have already received a genericemail from them. Of course it did no good.
Same, I have 2 that show as paid on Nov 15th but nothing on my PayPal so far.

I did, got paid around 5 pm yesterday, 11/18 at last despite it showing an 11/15 payment date on the shop log.
Since my last post, I have also been paid. They shouldn't put paid on the Shopper Log and then not pay us for another 3-4 days!
I got paid around 5 p.m. on the 19th. I received an email this morning for shops in December. I don’t mind working as long as I get paid. I have worked a huge amount of shops for Confero over the last few years.

This morning, I was not able to self assign any shops. I have had to apply for them. Is anyone else having this issue? These shops are in rural areas that usually I am the only shopper. I contacted Confero about not being able to self assign but haven’t received a response.

My log said “paid” on Nov 15 for a shop I did late Sep. My PayPal account was empty, so I gave it until 11/18 to write to shopperpayments@conferoinc.com to inquire. Although I didn’t receive a reply, I did receive my pay on 11/19.

Something is going on at Confero. The shops that I rarely work because of distance, I can still self-assign. The ones I work a lot, I have to apply. I emailed the scheduler and told her the problem. She told me that they are not scheduling shops for December yet. That doesn’t make sense. I have pending shops that I applied for.

I don't know what to think. I wonder if they are upset because I posted on this website about not getting paid. Or, is the company not sure if they will be around in December? But why will the website let me self-assign shops in December that are far from my home? Anyone have any idea what is going on?
The three I completed in the last 28 days were definitely self-assign. As to four from last summer, I do not remember.
Anyone receive their payment that was due December 30th? I have emailed Elaine with no response. I have emailed shopper support and payments four times over the last few days with no response from them, either. On my job log, my payment shows as pending.

Same here - hoping they’re just backed up from the holidays.

I was paid on 12-18-24.

I likewise was not paid on 12/30. It says "payment pending" and I'll reach out to them if it doesn't arrive next week.
It would be nice if Confero would reply to our emails. Another company let me know one time that my payment would be late. That was greatly appreciated. At least I knew when to expect my payment. All of our emails being totally ignored by Confero is not a good way to treat the shoppers who submit their work on time and do a good job for them.

Still pending. I sent an email asking when we can expect payment. I'm not holding my breath for an answer. By the way, they were late with my September 30th payment and blamed it on Paypal.
Same here...no payment. I emailed my scheduler today to let her know I would not be taking any more shops till I am paid. She said she would forward my email to shopper support. Don't think it did any good!
