Disgusting behavior by Confero!!
They owe me a lot of money for grocery shops I worked. We mystery shoppers have to use our own money and expect to be reimbursed. I contacted Confero twice last week when I didn’t receive payment by the 15th. I contacted them twice today still with no response. The job log showed payment pending over the weekend. Now, it is showing paid on the 15th. Nothing in my PayPal account.
I contacted my scheduler about shops that I am supposed to work tomorrow. I told her that I cannot work them unless I get paid. She emailed me this morning and said she would contact payment and find out what is going on. This is not her responsibility, but I haven't heard anything from her either. It is my belief that Confero is in serious financial trouble.
