merchandising for customer impact

Back when CI did mystery shopping not just merchandising back around that 2016 time frame they had an angel of a scheduler. Then she retired.

But I have to give Dan kudos. When they stopped mystery shopping he steared me to the MSC that probably took over the client I enjoy doing shops for. And still do.

I've found him honest and caring to make things right for people on this board. Even if it's not involving his company. He just helpful and he's never intrusive.

Dan Price is a legend. plus he has his dog in the meet the team section. that's the sign of a good dude.
I, too, have received materials after the reporting deadline. Didn’t receive them til Saturday, project due Friday. Ran out and completed the assignment on Saturday, sent email explaining. I knew they wouldn’t respond til Monday. It took awhile, but I did eventually get paid in full. I love CI. I find pay is fair and communication is A+++.

This is a forum no-no.

The MSC and the client cannot both be mentioned in a thread in order to honor non-disclosure agreements.

Have synthesizers, will travel...
THIS!
I was hesitant to even sign up for any of those because of the shipment factor. I did one and they did NOT account for the late delivery (arrived the night before the job was due - even though it was posted more than a week in advance). I can't work like that, need to be able to route out at least half a day's worth of stops and since they don't pay any mileage I am not driving to any out of town location without other work in the area.
With that one there is no way it works out.
They should consider "pre-shipping" at least a couple sets so you would have it on hand and be able to plan out a week.

Another thing to know is that many of their projects require shipments to your house. They use the cheapest method possible, so deliveries are usually in the late afternoon and often times the day the project is due. They seem to think that everyone is waiting around for their CI delivery, and then will rush out to complete a bunch of $10 shops the same day. Its a bit wonky.
Because NOBODY seems to ever post in the Merch section - I quit even looking half the time.
