Market Force's unique style of "communication"

"We are working on a more effective way to communicate with you!

You will receive responses to your questions and concerns as necessary from noreply@marketforce.com so please make sure..."

Effective for who? At least Ipshitz dangles a communication carrot by using an account that will accept incoming emails.

OH GOOD LORD, you are not even possibly suggesting the the Big Eye be cited as an example of good communication? I've actually never seen a company so dysfunctional.

How about every single MSC has an email address that accepts incoming messages. Most, but almost never I-CantBeBothered, reply!
I saw that announcement too. I recently emailed HelpDesk@marketforce.com for assistance. Got a reply back from noreply@marketforce.com that the issue had been resolved.

Not sure if noreply@marketforce.com is only used for replies back to inquiries. But I made sure to add it to my approved recipient list.
I have received a timely, responsive reply recently for a retail shop. There is an embedded reply button to reply to it in the body of the message.

At least you received a reply.. I emailed HelpDesk@marketforce.com and I asked a question .. I never got a reply from any one.

Yes, I did check my spam folder and everything. Guess my question was not important.
Sometimes I'll go through the Help Desk link and submit the inquiry through the form, but it didn't go through earlier. It might've been because I left my laptop on for the past couple of weeks.

@Isaiah4031a Sorry to hear. I believe I've always gotten a response back from MFI. However, most of my inquiries have been reschedule requests. Only one time in the past couple of years, did I have a question about the shop itself.

Bite. Your. Tongue. I would never suggest such a thing!

If I did, ses would revoke my membership in the Itchy Sweater club.
