Which platform are you checking on? ISS or Sassie? The process is different for each.
ISS - you go to Payments, choose Paid in the drop down menu on the upper right hand corner. This will list all of the payments from each MSC. You click on Pending, it will show you shops completed but not yet paid. They pay twice a month, via Paypal, for shops on ISS.
Sassie - they pay once a month. If the shop shows Received and has a Grade, then it has been accepted through QA. Bare pays one a month on Sassie, around the 18th of the month and via Tipalti. If you haven't set up Tipalti, you can't get paid for shops completed on the Sassie platform.
