Prism bank shops?

Have any of you done one of these where you walk into a bank posing as a small business person asking about the financial products they have for small business people?
If so, how was it? short report ?

I did one last week asking about merchant services. I did one yesterday at a different bank asking about business checking accounts. I found both of them to be easy. The hardest part is to look for promotional signage and if possible to photograph them. Ones visible from the outside would be easy if they existed. Inside, they might be easy if you have to sit down and wait as I did last week (one sign), but harder if you are helped immediately (yesterday, no signs). OF course, if you are helped immediately, you might not even see the signs inside, which is OK.

myst4au, how long did it take you to enter the report?

I finished the business credit card one. To me, the report is lengthy with the number of questions and potential explanations, but not too bad.

The appointment was longer, but productive. I took it as an opportunity to inquire about in-branch offers. I got matched with a SMB banker, and she had a direct line to the business credit card services and could get all of my questions answered. Also, she re-activated my dormant business checking account. But probably wouldn't do it again. The only other bank I'm interested in is too far from me,

isecretshop reports don't usually take that long though. The multiple choice option makes them easier to fill out.

Hm, I must be slow on this one. It took me a while to select all that apply and explain some of the answers. In this case, going through the mobile app was easier.

About 10 or 15 minutes. I completed it on the app.

What I find odd is that Prism owns the ISS platform. I clicked over to their corporate site and they specifically say they are not an MSC. If I were one of their MSC clients, I would question their ethics in which they sell the software and have access to other MSC's client data and then are competing against them..

I looked at my ISS log, and I did a shop with them before for a store business card. This shop seemed to be more of an overall small business study though, where you could choose from a number of banks and the branch.

But their system does seem to be able to ensure more accurate reporting in some regards, with the check-in and geotagging.

Just to add, shop got accepted yesterday and got paid today. For a moment, I thought this was Presto!
