I did one last week asking about merchant services. I did one yesterday at a different bank asking about business checking accounts. I found both of them to be easy. The hardest part is to look for promotional signage and if possible to photograph them. Ones visible from the outside would be easy if they existed. Inside, they might be easy if you have to sit down and wait as I did last week (one sign), but harder if you are helped immediately (yesterday, no signs). OF course, if you are helped immediately, you might not even see the signs inside, which is OK.
