ACL E-Payments - HELP PLEASE

Hi,
I'm finally reconcilling my ACL shop/payments for the year. I've done a total of 7 shops and although all of them show a disbursement date under "COMPLETED EVENTS", for 4 of them I cannot see any payment on my bank account (even under alternate names like "Rena Pay" and "Gigwage".) Has anybody had trouble with payment issues, I guess the company is Stripe? Who would I contact, they say to start a chat but I'd like to "talk" to someone directly. Appreciate any help.

Me personally, I haven't run into any payment issues with Stripe so far. Maybe someone else might have run into similar issues and can better assist. I don't use the chat function, but you can try emailing info@a-closer-look.com
For a while I think they were emailing you an electronic check. I had to print mine out and mobile deposit it into my bank.
They changed payment methods a few times over the past few months so you might want to check emails for electronic checks. I am sure they will rectify for you, just reach out. Have never had any issues with payments.
Thanks all for your repliessmiling smiley I will email them at support and don't suppose there will be an issue as I've always found them above board. It's a little confusing as I was so used to the good old "mailed" checksmiling smiley I need to not wait months to check my payments.
Oh yeah, that's true about the electronic checks. For me, the email was from noreply@checkissuing.com. Subject was "A Closer Look has sent you a digital check"

I was able to mobile deposit it taking a picture of the front and back on my monitor, after clicking on
Question for you ACL shoppers. I have not signed in for a year at least since every shop that is not horrible is gone before the email posting even begins. It seems as though they must be pre assigning them. So I decided to take a look and I cannot get past the sign into the new payment page. Is it possible to take a look at the available shops in my already established account without signing up for the new payment? I really do not want to bother signing up for a new payment system if there are never any shops not yet taken in my area?

I have found that I have to sign in to their site often to get the jobs. By the time they send out the email, those are the leftovers that nobody wanted. They usually post for the new month several weeks ahead of time so you really have to be diligent in checking. I don't think there is a way you can look without signing up but if you want to PM me your zip code, I would be happy to look for you.
All I have to go on is that about 2 years ago in frustration of not getting decent listings before they were gone I emailed one of the schedulers on a shop I was too late for and requested it for the following month. Altho it was still.in advance of the postings he assigned me not only the shop for the following month but asked if I wanted some other locations too.
Now I don't want any of you in my market taking this as a hint but that was the reason I think they may be pre assigning these shops.so the good ones are gone before the postings.
I do not think they are pre assigned in my area. I look at their site daily and sometimes multiple times daily. I often plan trips to visit family when I can pick up particular hotel shops and I’m usually quite successful but have to be “on it.”
