I can honestly state that in 30 years of mystery shopping, I have had the oddest experiences through this company. The most difficult editors, lack of communication, and unfair feedback of all the other companies combined. They “assume” alot and punish the shopper without justification.
I refuse to do any more shops for them. I congratulate the person who picks up the shops that I did.
They do pay in a timely manner.
