The Jack Network?

The ms co appears to be non-existent anymore, or at least I cannot access it on multiple browsers. Has anyone done a shop for them in the past month? Thanks!

They don't typically have work near me but I was able to log in and see that they do have jobs available in CT.

I’m able to login. On a separate note, it seems like they may have lost another client in my area.

Just did a lunch shop for them today which has already been approved!

I did a shop for them on Tuesday.

I live in NY but they have none here, but I also have a house in Delray Beach Florida and they have numerous restaurant shops there. I do one or two each time I visit. I have one scheduled for when I go there this week

Are they doing the fast casual Mediterranean food shops again? I would jump at those if they are available..

Previously, Jack was known as Confidential Consumers. They lost clients during Covid. Gained some, after Covid. I’ve shopped both Jack and CC, without issue.

I'm bummed! Confirmed that they lost a local client with a selection of restaurants. Looking at my shop log for the past year though, it was a good run!

I signed on using @CorrieCJ link. Says I have done 2 shops with them. Don't remember when or who. I also had shop offers turned off and an old address. I see they have a restaurant in my area. Maybe I will try it out.

Hard to shop when you have all the birthday freebies you don't want to miss out on. Gotta fit in the shops around the freebies.

I, also, used the provided link. My profile states a date of Nov. 2005, but I have never completed a job nor does either the former or current name ring a bell.

Before the Jack Network was Confidential Consumer, they were called Phantom.

Hi I Just started mystery shopping again recently. Did it a couple times years ago. I recently did a shop for jack network and am wondering what everyone’s experience is with them? Also when you send a message to the scheduler through their site do u get a reply thru your email or do u get it somehow when you log on to your account? Also any opinions on Coyle? They r offering a well paying shop near me but their rating is really low on google

I never have a problem with the Jack people. They respond very quickly during reasonable hours, up to around 8:30 Eastern.

I am leery of any company that is employing their third name in approx. 1 1/2 decades. I can accept one change, but two is, for me, one too many.

I had a great experience with Jack Network. I have reached out using the help tab on the shop list and was emailed back promptly.

I just completed my first shop with them. Zero issues and approved quickly. Waiting on my pay now.

Hmm, the shopper signup page I get a 403 forbidden message - same for the main page.
Same when I try and access it from Linked In.
I think I would be concerned if I were a shopper for them.

As Consumer Confidential, they had some great fine dining clients. They are long gone :-(.

I think I may have transposed their former name.

Anyone know about their turnaround time for pay? I did my first shop with them on 10/26 and I still don’t see the paid date on my shop.
