And it's been a couple of years, but I've found the to be repetitive and redundant.

Yeah I worked for EPMS a while in California.. I might have done one maybe two shops here since I moved, but I haven't looked at very many apartments here. After getting burned out on Long narratives I've mostly avoided shops that require lots and lots of writing.
I have done some shops for them but now all of their shops want a specific person shopped and I can't keep calling and hanging up, its too time consuming trying to get that person on the phone.

Also you need a good memory or take pics along the way because they ask about wall colors, flooring, furniture, etc. Its a lot of detail.

Just did a round of 3 kinda remote video shops, with the biggest bonuses yet. $300 each, so thankfully, the bar has been raised. Now it's a question of who is more desperate when it comes to me ever taking another shop for them.

I've posted elsewhere on many occasions: their online experience is pretty awful, and I've been trained in that sort of thing.

In addition to the redundancy issues, the navigation is wholly non-intuitive*, and I find the requirement to input time data in two different formats to be infuriating busy work.

*My fave is how you wind up at a page with no navigation forward once you've completed a report. You have to use the back button on your browser to return to a page with navigation links. That is just so wrong...

Why I only do video shops for them. Best pay, and everything you need for the report is documented.

Guessing you meant what *is* a remote video shop...

It's a video apartment shop located more than 100 miles from a major metro area.

And while I ragged on EPMS here, they do get kudos for paying really fast this time.

Already got my $900, and I was not expecting it until late next month.

Almost forgot: no discussion of EPMS is complete without addressing their fetish for bathroom locations. Whomever did the questionnaire must've really had to go at the time!

They act like that are a new company and no one really knows what's going on. So frustrating.
I use to do a lot of work for them, but haven't in a while. I think I only did 1 this year for them. Those reports is what makes me not want to do them. Plus, I got something else going on that makes me quick money, so I don't really need to do them anymore. I will if the price is way higher than what they normally pay.
