Anyone having trouble signing in? It doesn't recognize my email address, nor any of the last 3 passwords I've used. I guess I'll try the Ignore.me.forever@ipsos.com email address and see if someone can help.

There's another thread about them redesigning their website. Perhaps they shut it down to do more updates or fix something?
No problems here, other than the urine-colored buttons in the redesign

The new design on my desktop is black and white.. Cool, are you sure your screen isn't the cause of your urine color website? my son had an older google pixel that turned yellow after the first year and they wouldn't replace it.
Yup. Just a couple of buttons are yellow on the first page. Mostly black and white once you get into the site.

Now they are telling me to delete the account I opened because the system didn't recognize my email address. But I can't figure out how to do that either. All the things I used to know how to do are gone, nothings where I can find it.

Hm, now that you mention that, on SM - didn't they have a detailed breakout of the number of shops and average scores? Sorry, it's been a while since I've done a shop on their SM, but now I have a visual memory of it. (Maybe I'm just going crazy.)
I tried for hours, their system didn't recognize my email address to send me a link to reset my password when every password I've used for the last 2 years didn't work. And when the system didn't recognize my email I stupidly tried to register again. So now there are 2 accounts with my email address, but the new one won't let me get past entering my SS#. The person that is "trying" to help me said to delete the new account. But I can't find a way to delete it, unless I have to go through the whole thing and delete one item at a time.
ya...I just tried to signed into my shopmetric account, it didn't give me any error msg, but it also not directing me to the "logged in" site...I am stuck at the log in page
I just tried to sign into the Sassie site. It came up with the new page with both sides listed as a choice so I clicked on Sassie and clicked on my open job only to find out when I looked more carefully it was my job in Shopmetrics.
and it had sent me to that site. I logged off and tried again and that time my login went directly to Sassie instead of the joint page.
ok, the issue is fixed.. I found my mistake, and it was my mistake all along. The additional profile was deleted by Ipsos at my request. I told them that I had found the problem and fixed it on Monday. And then, just to be even less helpful, this morning Ipsos changed my password and made me reset it all over again.
