Coyle payment question

I did a shop for Coyle on August 14th. It was approved. Their payment policy says they pay the following month, the last week of the month - so I should have been paid last week, but it's October 1 and no payment yet.
Before I contact them - anyone who has more experience with them than I do - is this typical? maybe give it a couple more days before contacting?

This is a good point. I did one in August, too. I haven't been paid yet. I have never known Coyle to not pay, but I do think they have paid on the first a time or two.

This isn't Coyle-specific: you may want to check your Paypal account just to see if it's there. There have been several times with other MSCs where I've been paid but haven't received a "You've got money!" email from Paypal.

If your path dictates you walk through hell, do it as though you own the place. -unknown

My Coyle shops in August have not been paid yet either. I'm guessing they are running a day behind. I've seen them run a day behind two times in the last year.

I'm also waiting payments. They used to run a few days after the month more often in the past, and recently it's been early, so I would not worry too much. Where the weekend lands can be part of it.

From what I understand about the mass pay system with PayPal, the MSC funds the account, uploads a spreadsheet of payments and Paypal does the distribution a few days later. It's not instant like a person-to-person transfer

I just came here to see if others had been paid. If Coyle expert @SteveSoCal isn’t worried I’m not either. If it doesn’t come by Thursday I’ll email them.

I'm crazy but I rarely even track the other MSCs, but I do with Coyle because um... you guys know - the big reimbursements...I've already paid my credit card bill....so now it's on my mind.

Yeah...I have a pretty big reimbursement coming and a payment due Oct 11th, so I have been on the lookout

I looked at the payment history and it came on the 1st twice in the past year. All other months before the 1st in 2024, but a few years back it was as late as the 6th.

If the payments are late I think it's more about the staff being overworked than underfunded. Business appears to be pretty good for them.

is your pay correct? I am having a hard time reconciling mine -- it doesn't match the pay statement -- are the payments for August shops?

Never mind -- it is over two pay statements and only half of each -- why do they do it that way?
