Ipsos taking a long time to edit shops

I have a few restaurant shops sitting as 'completed' but not 'received'. They never answered my emails either. Anyone know what's up with them?

I had the same thing happen. I was told by email that they are behind but trying to catch up. All of mine finally got approved.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.

Good to know, I completed some a little over a week ago and was beginning to wonder why they were not approved yet.

A little nonsense now and then, is relished by the wisest men.

It's been slow across the board. Red button, black and white bear, cell phones and TVs...all have sat there for a week.

I have quite a few not reviewed and the ones that did get reviewed, did not make the last pay cycle.

I've been paid for four out of a three-day route with 42 shops. The next two pay cycles should be much better.

Yet when I email about a month ago ,asking about a burger shop that was not in my area, they did not reply.

Even though there was one 20 miles away from me. And I knew the day and time they are posted, I checked that morning..

Yet 95 % of the time they sit on the boards for a few days.

I did five shops for them yesterday and they were all edited and finalized today.

They were finally approved today, 12 days after they were completed.

I did a PE on 10/14/24, still NOT reviewed

Some projects take longer than others to get edited, it would seem.

I just finished a 4-day route that included a bunch of the conditional reveal gas station shops. All were approved and showing as Received within hours. Same goes for the Famous Highway locations on my route, except for a rebrand.

Total of 36 shops all approved the same day I submitted them.

Have synthesizers, will travel...

My “site experience“ shop from 6 days ago was accepted today, I have already been paid for the lighting audit I did at the same time.

PE took 14 days to be reviewed. Another 12 days to be paid.

BE was reviewed and paid within 7 days.

ipsos has been my most consistent MSP. With fast review and pay. But the past 3 weeks they have been slow and unresponsive. Majority of my shops have been getting declined too

That is sad to hear. At times, trying to communicate with these companies is like petting the head of a viper. The return comments are not constructive to my doing the job better.
