Amusement advantage

Tell me I’m not crazy. Is everyone getting the 403 forbidden access denied when trying to access Amusement Advantages website?
I got in on Friday when they released the new shops, but haven’t been able to get back in. They’re super responsive usually but I can’t access the chat, because the site is down and I don’t want to bombard anyone’s email, just to apply for shops.

yes and this site also!!!!
I responded to an e-mail from AA. The instructions were to reboot and open an incognito/private window. I am NOT happy that now I need an extra step to look at two sites that used to be on my 'favorite' bar.

When I try to log in here---something pops up that my e-mail has already been used by someone. I'm not realy sure how I got in here now.
I've never done shops with them, but I remember it would always remember my login info when accessing. I got the same errors as everyone else, but clearing cookies for the specific site resolved it for me.

@nolimitem @Rho* If you use Chrome, follow the steps below to see if this resolves it for you.

@Okie I ended up logging in on safari and messaging them. I forget who I talked to but she said she had the same issue. She gave some vague instructions so I cleared my cache and now it works on chrome. It is a little annoying but as long as I can get in somehow it’s fine.
I don’t do a ton for them, but I’m trying to get more into the enjoyment side of it. I’m not worried too much about profit if I can have a little fun in life.
@nolimitem Glad to hear you got it resolved

@Rho* That also resolved it for this website, for me

I tend not to clear my whole cookies/cache for the convenience of having everything stored, and not having to retype and reenter on sites I visit frequently
I received the following email message from them in the morning on 9/10:
