Retail Based Group

I have been doing several jobs with this company and have always got a good review except one time I put the information in the wrong place. Today I wrote them as every time I requested a job the application disappeared later. I wrote and they said I had been suspended. I have never had this before by any company and I just wondered if anyone else had the problem. I wrote the scheduler to see if she could tell me the problem but have not hear back.

Who was the scheduler? There are many people here that have been suspended by one scheduler. An she probibly also suspended you from the other 5-6 MSCs she schedules for.
If it's only been a few minutes what is the purpose of this post? Maybe Robin is busy and don't schedulers have 24 hours to respond? The ones I have worked with always get back to me but it may take more than a few minutes.
I did not mean to say they were late answering me. I just meant I had not heard the answer yet. I have now found out Robin M is not my scheduler, and I cannot locate who is. I am actually writing this for my husband who is sick with three teeth pulled today. He was upset and I cannot help him very much.
And I thought Robin was one of the good ones from what I've read here. No personal experience with her.
I do not think that she is the right person. I heard from someone who said she was not who I needed to talk with and also since I was trying to get information for my husband he would have to do it. My husband is just going to forget it. The company has always been great, and I hope to continue to work with them.

Hello. This is Robin. I was alerted of this post, but I don't have an email from you. I have also sent you an email. Please respond so we can address this off the message board. Thank you
I believe Robin is the OWNER of RBG. Appears she has reached out. I have only positive experiences with her. I know others have issues with one or more of the actual project schedulers. I'm not saying there are not issues, but I have not experienced any myself. Maybe it's like the soup nazi episode. You just fall in line and if you don't, NO SOUP FOR YOU!!!

Just to clarify, I believe owner of RLM Squared Scheduling and Editing, scheduling for Reality Based Group.
Here we go again. I have experienced great support, no problems or issues and timely responses. 100%. No problems here.
So who is your husband's scheduler? First you say all of your (his) job apps get deleted. Then you imply your husband has a shop and cannot do it? Don't you have the shop confirmation and his login credentials? I hope your husband feels better.

Same here. I have worked with 2 of their schedulers (1 that is always listed here as "nasty"winking smiley and she is pleasant and I have had no issues with this company at all. For the ones always complaining about the same schedulers (not just for this company but for others) it's got to be exhausting to continue to talk like this and to assume they are still the rotten apples of the bunch. I wonder when was the last time they reached out to try to get some shops
Bert, to the best of my recollection, my history with Robin extends back 1 1/2 decades. During that period, I have never encountered the slightest problem. I only recall mailing her once, which was to request a waiver on bar shops. Her response was quick, concise and in my favor. It is my opinion, IF the situation has been accurately stated, she was not your husband's scheduler.

The OP doesn't seem to know what is going on from what I can read and try to comprehend. She first says no one has gotten back to her and then follows it up with she had just sent the email minutes ago. I believe I had stated she should allow some time for them to return her emails. She then said she was emailing on behalf of her husband when he should email it himself. I don't understand the reasoning she brought this to the board.she seems to be the issue.
Soup Nazi! OMG! That's too funny!

You can throw it all away. When things break, things shatter. Keep it written on your face, the little details matter.
She is very nice. It is just a problem when I write instead of speak with someone. All the problems were with me not Robin or anyone at the company I remember one time I wrote to someone and it was was all in capital letters . I had not even paid any attention to that. The person wrote back and asked why I was so mad. I did not realize that meant someone was mad. I am old and make lots of mistakes.
Perhaps that is why you were suspended. Writing well is very important when it comes time to submit a report for mystery shopping. For example, it's still not clear who did the shop and who was suspended - you or your husband. If one cannot express themselves clearly in writing, that is problematic.
