Question about shopping for Isecretshop

I often look for shops on ISecretShop but I am not individually signed up for all the MSC they represent. Today I applied for one I do not remember ever signing up for. I was accepted. Other shops I have taken from them have always been a msc I am signed up with. This one is for 360Relay. The instructions say to fill out the survey on the ISecretShop platform.
My question is, am I automatically signed up for all their companies already? Do I need to sign up for 360Relay before doing the shop? It does not seem like 360 Relay is asking me to sign up or sign in.

They have a tile on their main page titled "MSP Agreements". If you click on that, you will see a list of all MSCs that use the platform. You can accept the "IC Contract" for whichever MSCs you want to work for on the ISS platform.
I think you wouldn't be able to apply for the job if you weren't signed up with the MSC already. They used to be another name...help me out here...was it Goodwin Assoc.?

Sandy, 360Relay has changed it's name several times. If you signed the ICA under any of the previous names, you are still signed up with them. The first name that I remember was Goodwin and Associates, but there were a bunch in between.
When i went to sign the agreement it said I joined in 2016! no wonder I dont remember ever working for them. I never belonged to Goodwin either.

Regardless of MSC, on iSS you will experience the single worst reporting format in the entire biz.

The multi-section layout (that you must always scroll to reach because they fill up the top of the page with BS) along with their goofy time layouts have me cursing under and over my breath every time I file a Rubber Ducky car wash report. And that's around 10 times a month.

I've got an M. Ed. specializing in this kind of thing. iSS is so far removed from best practices they are in a different universe.

Coolmusic, I actually don't mind the multiple sections. It allows me to fill out most of the information during bar integrity shops without having to scroll through the whole report.

But there are multiple posters here that feel as you do.
I haven't been active on this platform for long, but gone through a good number of shops. I managed to go from Level 1 to negative, and up to Level 3. From my experience, really only one bad experience with one shop, but it was due to a requirement being omitted from the "Photos" section. It got buried as a text reference below the separate upload receipt section. It's mentioned in the detailed guidelines, but easy to miss on the report.

To me, some of it is based on the MSC/person who is arranging and putting the report together, as it seems like the template/customization options is provided to the MSC, and it's up to them to formulate a report for their client. Some shops, it's just a longer and detailed report, inherently by nature. For those, I check-in, take the required photos on-site, and then complete/submit the report later.

I tend to like the shops from Intouch Insight. From my experience, Leah Green is very easy to work with. Excellent communicator and attempts to follow-up before acting rationally. Guidelines and instructions are clear, and report is well formed. Also, the ISS forums are a good resource. It's not very active, but there are threads where people inform each other of MSCs to stay away from.

Also, just to add, might as well put it here, if there's a person/scheduler I trust versus a generic/general email address as the assigned scheduler, I'm more willing to do those shops, especially the ones with higher pay/reimbursement.
Well, full disclosure, I did have one negative experience with II. Commercial van negotiation, but all of the people who worked on that shop were people I had never worked with before.
I only recently started to look at the I secret shop board after the mailing jobs showed up there. The one I applied for and am doing was exciting to me as I had not seen it before and it is ethnic food as opposed to the usual MS I see in American type food places. But I now see why it was still avail and why the locations other than mine were not taken in August at all. Too many sections to fill in with many narratives with a flat payment that will barely cover the plate of food with no drink or sides. And this is an upscale fast food for that lengthy looking report.
In my city most shops get taken almost immediately so having them sit on the board until the end of the month and still no bonus should be an omen.
I'm with @wrosie. I like the ISS format for entering reports. Yes, there is a lot of clicking and backing out, but it isn't that bad IMHO.

There is the truth.
Then there is the right thing to say.
I've never had a problem with the ISS platform or the layout of the questionnaire. The thing that always gets me is the pictures. You upload the pic, and then the icon for adding pictures comes back up, but there is no indication whether your picture was saved or not. After a few years of frustration and adding duplicate pics because I couldn't tell for sure, I quit worrying about it, I upload the pics, and at the end I verify that the pics are all there and move on.
The more I use the ISS platform, the more I like the style of the reports. It is not perfect, but for some shops, it is advantageous.

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008

In the app, if I'm not mistaken, I think there's an eyeball icon where you can view the picture. It'll then take you to a maximized preview of the picture. But I believe it doesn't show up as a thumbnail within the report. I used to do this on the report with strict geotagging requirements.
I like ISS layout, it is designed for mobile devices.

I used to do a lot of gas station audit on there.

However, stay away from 360, they will find reasons to deactivate you and they won't even try to let you fight for it. I have had a bad experience with them for one of the purple gym ss
