Jancyn Payments

Is anyone getting paid by them. I have many outstanding shops that have not yet been paid.

I got paid on August 22nd for 2 shops that I did on July 27th. I have 3 shops that I did August 1st that I have not been paid for. Their website says 4 - 5 weeks for payment.
Got paid for the remainder of mine today so if you haven't gotten your money by now, you need to reach out to them.
I sent them an email yesterday asking when I would get paid. Now I'll wait to see what happens
Jancyn did not pay me sometime ago. My report received an excellent review. I spent more time trying to get my money than the pittance the shop paid.

They are on my “will not do “ list.

I was hoping that they had improved over time.
I completed my first shop for Jancyn in the fall of 2005, but until a mattress job a few yrs. back, there had only been 3 other assignments. As I had never accepted any bedding work from them, I counted my total time at approx. 2 1/2 hrs. After submitting the report, I was contacted concerning their need for more information. Sometimes, as most know, there simply is not more to add. They penalized me $10 and I terminated our agreement. As my request was ignored and I continued to receive offers, to SPAM they went and continue to go.
I received payment two days ago (9/4) for a shop I did 8/8. That's the only assignment I've had with them.

I didn't even know this company still existed. They always had "crap" shops in my opinion. I do not think I ever did 1 assignment for them. If I did, it was very early on 2002-2004. I remember they used crappy software PROPHET. "Crappy shops and crappy software" was enough for me to not bother looking again. So maybe I essentially terminated them (in my mind).
They merged or bought out Customer Perspectives several years ago, which used to be a wonderful company out of New Hampshire. I did a ton of work for them (CP) when I started and an occasional shop with Jancyn. Sorry to hear things have turned sour.

They don't have a lot of shops but I've worked for them about 10 years and never had a problem getting paid. They pay about 4-5 weeks after a shop. Try contacting Karin Hovdesven, Karin@Jancyn.com and see what she tells you. I've emailed with her a few times and she's really nice.
