I checked today too. It looks like that round is gone now, but the other round with a later date is still up. Hopefully, these will get increased too.

Sure wish I had a debit card for Discover or AmEx. Those seem to be rare and the shops sit a while, getting bonused.

On the bright side, just when I thought all of my bank debit cards were Visa, and they are, I found a MC debit from a clinical research project that still had almost $4 on it! That's good for at least three shops!

Can't. It was a payment to me - not connected to a bank account. But, yeah, I can't believe some people actaully CHOOSE the ability to overdraft and pay those high fees! What do they need to buy so badly that they'll pay so much extra for it????

Coincidentally, gas! In this day and age, I guess if you don't carry cash and your credit cards got denied. Along with Apple Pay / mobile wallet not being accepted. And you were stranded out in the middle of no where, only left with your debit card as an option.

What you had mentioned earlier though, it reminded me that I need to rummage through all of my gift cards and try to use them up. Also, have some lingering bank accounts I never closed out.

Also, I didn't think much about it before reading other threads, but in that scenario, it would pay off to be a smart shopper and store your excess gas.

Just checked, the ones in my area are at $25 / $32. Anyone else seeing them posted for more in their area? Was maybe looking to do some this weekend, but I think the pay has stayed the same from the last time I checked.

The Discover debit card pays cash back.

Hm, I have a closed Discover bank account from a long time ago. It still shows up on my dashboard. I never opened another because the way I read their T&C was that past account holders are restricted from another intro bonus. I see a couple on Presto, but I don't think it's worth the trouble to re-open.

Looking at the Presto map, for the other debit card, I have this bad feeling this is like a house of cards. They're all so spread out. I'm targeting one location, but only one other different farther location has increased pay. I have something in mind, but ... ugh! I'm going to wait ...

The one here in Podunk is $40, but good lord, it's at a military supply store. Pass.

Hmm. Okie, this one is more like a mom & pop that caters to folks who feel the need to stock up on rations (and weapons) for the coming zombie (or non-zombie) apocalypse. It's not the type of place I would ever step foot in.....not even for $40.

Interesting. I found Podunks in other states but not in Texas. The Denver Harbor section of Houston was once known as Podunk by the locals, but that was an unofficial name.

Just to add my 2 cents - I saw one that is still not taken - It was a ahem "Gentleman's Club".

I am not certain as to what one might purchase with a max reimbursement of $8. I'm sure that the MSC would not reimburse for an adult beverage.
My partner says that usually a patron goes in with cash to put in the dancer's whatever.

So, "gentlemen" do you/can you charge a lap dance on a credit card? Do you get a receipt?

Hm, I think I read a thread about @SteveSoCal at one of these clubs. He might have the most experience of us all in this department.

In my area, all the credit card ones got gobbled at less than $50.

I do see Presto being random now. Out of the blue (no pun intended), an AmEx CC online popped up for $60. No complaints here, snagged it, but weird. It's like an easter egg hunt!

Some of the same ones disappear, then come back again. I'm not sure if someone claimed it, and then it gets released after not completing it. But it does seem like some new ones are popping up.

Some may have already done/know, but you can also do the online ones in other areas than where you live. A lot of the times though, they're dud shops where there is no website for the store. But every once in a while, you may come across something where the pay is high, and there is a website.

Just an update - Still getting used to Presto. I've been playing around more with it. But after two of my reports just got accepted, about half of the shops disappeared in my area.
