Has anyone had a shop rejected only because the wrong photos were attached and refused payment? I explained to them that it was a mistake, and I have the photos they need and no response.

Are you discussing it with Help Desk? HelpDesk@marketforce.com They should be able to assist and resolve. You may have to give them up to two days.

One time I did two of the same type of shops in a row, but at different locations. I accidentally attached the same photos from the first shop to the second shop, and that led to an automatic rejection. Help Desk was able to fix it for me, and it got approved later. I want to say it was within 48 hours.

Glad you got better Help Desk people than I did. I once did exactly what you did. They rejected and when I caught my error and told them I had the right photo, they told me to pound sand.
