It's fixed.. There is no more mention of any pay limitations!! My son is all signed up and ready to go back to working for them..
Let's shop, Moreled! Although, from what I've been reading here, actually getting paid more than the price of a fast food meal is getting more difficult.
Ses, I'm ready.. I've been craving cajun seasoned french fries.. They've blocked me, I sent an email, told them that I've seen the new ICA and I approve. And that I'm willing to go back to work. So far... crickets.

Call them.
I saw the new agreement and tried to sign it. It wouldn't take my name as a signature. Help please, how do I sign it? Thanks

I typed my name exactly as it was printed, and it worked fine. I also made sure to scroll down to the very bottom of the "fine print" box before I signed.

Back in the fall of 2010, when MF terminated me, they were the "king of the hill." I learned of being fired due to a link to scan open shops no longer on the page. There were some shoppers who were actually discharged, due to them having completed a set number of jobs. I can truthfully state I have not missed MF.

Morled, your positive attitude is far more important than a bag of fries. Your refusal to accept their previous position was well founded. Any time anyone attempts to explain a contract condition is not important, I simply inquire as to why, then, is it there. The last time, I received the following response, "You know how lawyers are." I replied, "I do and that is my concern."
