Morledzep I find their editor to be a real hard ass on top of it. They expect the world and ask a ton of redundant Qs. The pay is never commiserate with the work due to all of the detail they demand. They think we don’t keep good records. This company is small enough that these ‘slip ups’ result in the lost pay going directly into the owner’s pocket.
It’s unacceptable that anyone has to settle for less than what they’re owed because they drop communication. I got it resolved but the payment will be delayed. It was not without a lot of blame and false accusations heaped upon me by their lazy manager. He probably saw my post here.
Ath’s editing is good but it’s probably always due to a good narrative. The guy who should be handling these issues hides behind the schedulers. When they’re asked who to contact - which I did right from the start - I get the impression he tells them to handle it - which they can’t. He’s the one who has to authorize the change in pay. He was a scheduler prior and was often unresponsive and punitive. It’s too bad these types tend to rise among the ranks. They lose so much $ for their companies. It’s the MSC’s fault for not taking any calls. Nobody will waste time using their stupid contact page to get help. They’re lucky that companies like RQA don’t enter their market. They respect their shoppers, answer calls and make the process so easy.
