Ath payment issue

Does anyone know how to reach mid or upper level management for Ath Power? Having a problem with the person in charge of the green bank shops. She reached out to me directly about a particular shop they needed to fill, even thought I had been working just fine with another scheduler completing shops for her. This was a bit suspect but I took the shop. Somewhere along the line she didn’t add the bonus. My shop log lists 4 shops with the correct amounts so there’s no denying I should have been paid the full amount for the 4, but was shorted $5. When she asked for proof of pay for the one SHE HANDLED I provided the confirmation email to her as back up. It didn’t matter. I’m on my 9th email starting with Checkbook, then her, but she continues to gaslight with nonsensical responses. Like most MSCs they’re a phantom company that refuses to accept calls. Has anyone been ripped off and successful in getting through to a reasonable person there?

I don't believe that I have ever worked for Ath. But I did have a similar issue with Alta360 one time. The scheduler, who is well known for ripping folks off, tried to rip me off too. But I kept the emails (because she had already caused me a problem with a different MSC) showing what she agreed to pay me for the shops, and I got it corrected in the shop, BEFORE I did the jobs. I have double checked the amounts in every shop before I went out to do them since then.
I have only done a few jobs for them but I find their editors to be fantastic. Never had a payment issue thus far. Keep at it. They have a facebook page so maybe try that. Companies don't want to be publicly shamed. You may also find some contact info somewhere on that page.

Morledzep I find their editor to be a real hard ass on top of it. They expect the world and ask a ton of redundant Qs. The pay is never commiserate with the work due to all of the detail they demand. They think we don’t keep good records. This company is small enough that these ‘slip ups’ result in the lost pay going directly into the owner’s pocket.

It’s unacceptable that anyone has to settle for less than what they’re owed because they drop communication. I got it resolved but the payment will be delayed. It was not without a lot of blame and false accusations heaped upon me by their lazy manager. He probably saw my post here.

Ath’s editing is good but it’s probably always due to a good narrative. The guy who should be handling these issues hides behind the schedulers. When they’re asked who to contact - which I did right from the start - I get the impression he tells them to handle it - which they can’t. He’s the one who has to authorize the change in pay. He was a scheduler prior and was often unresponsive and punitive. It’s too bad these types tend to rise among the ranks. They lose so much $ for their companies. It’s the MSC’s fault for not taking any calls. Nobody will waste time using their stupid contact page to get help. They’re lucky that companies like RQA don’t enter their market. They respect their shoppers, answer calls and make the process so easy.
