RQA Payment

Can anyone provide me with a contact at RQA for payment follow up? Their app shows that they mailed a check to me 8/5, but I never received it. I've tried emailing the project manager, but received no response. TIA

Have you tried calling RQA? If not, their number is: (630) 512-0011. When someone answers, ask to please speak with someone from your project you are concerned about and let them know you have not received the check that was mailed 8/5.
CAVEAT: If you have not done so, make sure the website says the check was actually mailed on the 5th, and not just approved on the 5th. If approved on the 5th, it won't go out for a couple more weeks.

My last payment in July was by direct deposit. Check your account and see if they did a direct deposit.

Everybody here has given you great advice. Definitely double check that a check was mailed and check your account. I kept waiting on a check a month ago, not realizing that my money had been directed deposited. It was only $20, so I didn't notice it when my account balance went up slightly. I'll add that there are delays in the mail, too. You definitely need to find out one way or the other, so if a check was sent and you do not get it in the next week or so they can follow their process for checks not received.

There is the truth.
Then there is the right thing to say.
