Yeah, that was definitely an issue for me when I lived in the crowded northeast, where the stores are often crammed into tight spaces and have narrow aisles. Sometimes you can't get the whole shelf top to bottom from a straight on position.

The first time I ran into that situation, I tried to take the photos from an angle. The report was rejected. When I explained that a straight-on photo capturing everything wasn't possible, I was told, "You should have canceled the job."

Oh. That's brilliant, Field Agent. Waste my time and mileage, and the client doesn't get the information. Sounds like a plan.

At least their app actually takes photos, unlike IVueIt which constantly malfunctions.

Make sure you have updated the app. They recently updated the app to allow you to zoom in and out. I don't do as many jobs for them now, but I have done a few since the last update and I really like the feature. I'm on an Android device.
