If you've done everything you needed, but just need to enter the report, you may just need to wait to hear back from the scheduler to get the shops assigned back to you. Since you've been in contact with the scheduler, you
should be good.
I've experienced where if the scheduling is handled by
mystery.shopping@ipsos.com - it can be a goose chase to track someone down. But with patience, eventually a client manager can assist.
On a separate note, from my small experience, these types of shops can be a PITA. I did a similar shop with another MSC, but the actual quote didn't meet the MSC's specifications. The issue was that this was an industry study, and the actual client did not matter. This client said that they don't offer those terms. So me being caught in the middle, I knew that this wasn't going anywhere. It's rare, but I just took the L on that and was happy to abandon ship without having to spend any further time.
